Family Caregiver Model
The Family Caregiver Model allows a qualified family member to provide care and support to their loved one at home while receiving compensation for the care they already give.
Caregivers can assist with:

Consulting – Helping You Open Your Healthcare Agency
I’m here to help you open your healthcare agency—whether it’s a program-approved service agency (PASA), a Class A, Class B, or other licensed healthcare agency.
You’ve already done the hard part: you have your business name, your LLC operating agreement, and your EIN—and they all match. Now let me help you open your doors.
I walk you through every stage of becoming a licensed, survey-ready agency in Colorado (and beyond). Here’s what my full consulting package includes:
Phase 1 – Application & Approval
We start with a Zoom meeting where we map out your services and licensing needs. From there, I handle your Letter of Intent (LOI) and complete your application—uploading all documents so nothing is missed.
Phase 2 – Policies & Survey Readiness
Once approved, I create your 100+ Colorado-approved policies and procedures under CDPHE and HCPF guidelines. I also provide a study guide so you know exactly what surveyors will ask.
Phase 3 – Medicaid Enrollment
I walk you through your Medicaid application—EVV, W-9, bank information, business insurance. Once that’s done, you have your Medicaid license and you’re operational and ready to start.
